Objectives

Stage 1:
Development of the hotel resort and international standard 27 hole golf course

The development of the hotel resort and an international standard 27 hole golf course with all club facilities, is planned financed by selling 2000 parts in the golf course. We will also start selling 14 days timeshare parts in the 50 bungalows in the tourist resort. Our goal is that stage 1 will be completed during year 2009. The sale of golf parts will start in 2007.

Stage 2:
Selling of 100,000 golf membership cards world wide

We will sell membership in Equator Golf Club at an "entry price" of EURO 150. This will be one of the cheapest golf membership fees in the World, for a membership in an international golf course! The membership can be sold by advertising in major golf publications, through Internet marketing and in presentations in different countries around the world.

Equator City Golf Club is the only golf club in the world, where a golfer can hit the ball across the Equator! This is so unique, that we believe many people will buy a membership card to give as a present to their closest golf-friends as a gimmick.

Stage 2 will be self-financed by selling 100,000 golf membership cards world wide. The selling will start in 2008, when the building of the golf course commences. It can be completed in year 2009.

Stage 3:
Another 25 bungalows

Stages 3 is building another 25 bungalows at the golf course and sell these based on timeshare.
